Rosé 2025

Tasting Notes

A captivating wine with a delicate, seashell pink hue. The bouquet is lively with notes of raspberry, cranberry and rose petals with elegant floral tones. Subtle spicy undertones lend aromatic complexity and intrigue. The palate is fresh and beautifully balanced with crisp, clean acidity that lifts the fruit and leaves a lingering impression.

Viticulture

A blend of 3 red grape varietals, one from a Certified Heritage Vineyard. All cultivars are from dry land vines.

Viniculture

A blend of Old Vine Cinsault, Carignan and Grenache Noir. All the grapes were picked in the early morning on the same day and crushed together. The skins spent an hour in the press before pressing to extract colour and aromas. The lees were settled for 3 days and a clear juice was racked and inoculated with a Rhône yeast strain. 50% of the juice was fermented naturally with spontaneous fermentation. The fermentation took around 18 days and the temperature was kept between 14° C and 20°C. The wine was bottled in April 2025.
